Default Dealer scratches NSX Rims

Hey guys. My friend just had his rims damaged by the dealership while in for servicing. They tried to have someone repair it, but it was a lousy job.

What would you do if you were in his position?

Demand new rims? Keep in mind each rim on the new NSX is over 1000 each.

If the rims CAN be repaired to like-new condition, then I'd accept that.

I agree. If not, they owe your friend a rim that's the exact same condition as when he first brought the car in OR if they're really nice get new rims.

New rims, it's a mistake, not the end of the world. You have to pay for your mistakes like a man.

Either repair to like-new condition or replace.

Depends on whether they told him or did he find out himself.
