Default Deals on IPODs

I need to purchase (3) 20GB for Christmas presents. Anybody come across any discounting or coupons. Supply and demand seems to be keeping prices at the $300.00 mark.

Thanks,
Michael

The best deals are either through ebay or student discount.

Try Costco.com. They have the U2 version for $20 off. Their mini pricing is more than Apple's though.

supposedly after 18 months the battery just cant be charged anymore.. but this was fixed after awhile.. and i think its only on 1st/2nd gen ipods...

but the fix was just a matter of replacing with the newer fixed batteries that can be bought here

I replaced my battery with a $30 aftermarket one. It was pretty easy.

The battery not holding it's charge is mostly due to people who

1. Don't understand how to charge it properly
2. Don't understand how to use it
3. DOn't understand how to keep the battery from draining when it's not in use.
