turning it off will still drain the battery. it will lose its charge as it sits. say i fully charge my ipod, but don't use it for a week. it'll have half battery or less even though i did not use it. if i turn off my powerbook from 10pm one night to 3pm the next day, it will lose 1-2% even if it's off. batteries lose their charge guys.
