My buddy is a doctor in the ER and he tells me stories all the time. He told me about a patient who is about in his 50's that came into the ER 3 times in one month. Apparently, he keeps getting some ring thing stuck around his penis.....and every time, the nurse had to use Vaseline to get it out. I think he was addicted the first time around. Still, ER is an expensive place to get that business taken care of....unless he got insurance.
