Do any of you have recommendations on which dial up provider to go with? I'm looking for a plan under $15 a month with unlimited use. Thanks in advance.

Broadband is the only way to go. Especially as more web content tends to cater to the High Speed users with streaming video, graphics, elaborate text and web pages.
