Im looking for a webcam but with so many options im stuck on where to begin. I need a web cam that produces good quick frames of video, streams well i guess you can say, and a good mic. Ill be using this on AIM mostly and im looking to spend no more than 30 on one. Any sugguestions will be very helpful.

logitech stuff is always a good bet.

they have a really cool one that rises and turns automatically...more than 30 bucks, though.
