That is ridiculous -- the Cuban national team beats up on our college guys, for God's sake. Our Olympic team has a bunch of 20 year olds who will play for somebody's rookie league team and might make the majors in 5 years...just because the Cubans can beat them doesn't mean they can hit Randy Johnson or Curt Schilling.
