Did Anyone See "Criminal Intent" Tonight?
I'm sitting here at the computer trying to get work done (website, writing an exam, and so on) and Law & Order: Criminal Intent is playing behind me. I heard someone say that a suspect was going to buy a car for $2.5 million.
"Gotta be a Ferrari," I thought. "Gotta be a 250 GTO."
A few minutes later they opened a shipping crate and rolled it out: A red, 1962, 250 GTO. "Scuderia Ferrari" visible clearly on the side. I've seen a couple on the road--what incredible cars!
Detective Goren sat in the car and fired it up. The suspect was arrested. Goren's partner told him that he had to get out of the car.
You should have seen the look on Goren's face.
Priceless.
