Default Do low-carb chocolates make you poop?

ok, I have been downing these lo-carb chocolate covered espresso beans for awhile (I dont do low carb, but someone gave them to me), and then I remembered my friend telling me about getting the screamin meanies from eating a ton of sugar free jelly beans. He told me that a lot of sugar free and low carb stuff will do that to you. Is that true, or was he just making that up? I just want to know if I should plan on having mud butt for the rest of the night

Well a lot of low carb drinks and food have sugar alcohols. I heard this causes more flatulence. I dont see how sugars and carbs would do that.

It is healthy to move your bowels at least 3-4 times a day.

On the back of the package of jelly beans there's a warning just for that. New Low sugar reese's and such have the same thing. "blah blah blah...Laxative effect...blah blah blah"

That's REAL regular for sure. Sometimes, I just don't have the time to poop even once a day.

I think the title of this thread should have made reference to these choccies being a "laxative" because quite frankly, ANYTHING I eat makes me poop. I'd be real worried if my system was able to absorb 100% of what I ate and nothing came out the other end.

BTW, this is a shitty thread.

It's got to come out one way or the other. However, explosive isn't the best way.

Olestra is the culprit. This fat substitute is notorious for causing loose stools and even "spotting", skid marks when you don't even know things are moving . Any product with this should be taken in extreme moderation (oxymoron of the day!)
