Just so you know, while a lot of companies will do the right thing and ask for a consultation like Octane-girl said, there are just as many if not more that will make up an excuse as to why they won't hire you if you fail a drug test. I haven't had it personally happen to me, but 2 of my friends have had it happen to them. They were already working for the company for a few days and when their drug tests came back, next thing they knew they were being thrown out with no explination. I would think the safest way to approach it is to be upfront as everyone has said because you may not get a chance to explain afterwards

Hydrocodone and Oxycodone are both opioids and will likely show up on a drug test, so be sure you tell them beforehand and show them your prescription.

Yes, they will show up as opiods. Tell whoever that you are taking them and keep your perscriptions. If you see your physician ask him/her to jot a note that you are taking perscription drugs, and why.
