Remember there used to be a haunted house in Seattle? Friends and I used to go all the time. I was the only one who came and knocked on the doors, looked through the windows, etc. All the other ones were chickenshit.

However, the story is not as "evident" as I had thought. The conversation is very doubtful because it could've been her mom and dad, which you couldn't hear very well. As for the figure, it could've been her mom? If I were you, I would've gotten up and walked towards "it" to verify, with the lights on.
