i have donated twice at my highschool and as soon as i am able to donate again i will. its good to know im helping someone.

I would donate blood if i could but my medication bars me from doing so. I feel kind of bad at times for not being able to donate.

Donate on a regular basis. It takes me less than 5 minutes to fill the bag and I get a good sense of helping. I have also donated platelets. This is a long process and don't think I will be doing it again. If you have a good Tech there is almost no pain from the stick. Its about the same as getting a shot.

i have needle phobia. i can watch someone get bludgeoned to death, but watching a doctor stick a needle into someone or watching a surgeon make a slight incision with a scalpel makes me tense up really bad.
