Do you get the recent Intel commercials?
They are just spending a lot of money to get you to buy an inferior product base on the fact that they spent a lot of money running commercials. Whether the commercial was cool or creative or not was not the point.
I, for one, love the commercial, but I'm not buying any pentium 4 chip any time soon. In fact, I have not purchased any pentium chip since P75. (got P200 used)

No, I'm saying I'm not paying for those commercials.
Without those commercials, Intel chips would cost what they are worth.

I saw the BMG live when I was in Vegas last month. For those of you who saw it, I was sitting in the "pancho" section. It's a very interesting brand of humor that you either get, or don't get. One of my business partners that went with me just didn't get it at all.
Mark,
The current version of the show really has nothing too deep left to understand, it's mainly for entertainment. However, when the show first started, each little skit was a satire of whatever was the sign of the times in popular culture.
There were spin-offs from commercials on TV, politics, technology, cultural norms, etc. Even the band that played in the "upper deck" symbolized the "puppets of society". You can still kinda see the traits of how they are made to look small and in the background of each and every show. They don't look life size until they come out from behind the dark shroud.

Hey Urmil,
It looks like I would've probably had a better time if I caught the show during an earlier incarnation than what they have now. It was still pretty entertaining though.
I see from the picture that you saw it at the Luxor too. Did you know that the Luxor light attracts these huge moths at night and that bats fly into the light to eat them. It actually makes the light look like it's shimmering since all the bats and moths in there are reflecting the light off their wings.
