I used to use it in almost ever sentence i said. After i meet the girl im with, i've cut back dramaticly. I like it better cause you sound more intelligent, IMO, when you talk to others.

When I was working, I blended in with the crowd by speaking as they did, now that I'm away from that toxic environment, I very rarely use andy curse words.
