I had Hella FF100s on my car. I had hella nice lights.

lol no matter how ridiculous slang is it can never achieve a higher level of ridiculosity than the bullshit corporate-speak that most of us are immersed in every farking day

You're not leveraging your skills well enough to be a strong individual contributor, and increase the groups' synergy. You should be more proactive in steering your career development in a more positive fashion.

Might I suggest splitting your time between increasing your practical skill set, as well as your interpersonal communication/leadership skill set? You can definitely create a win-win situation for yourself with such bifurcation.
