yep piss is steril. but there are bacteria in your urethra that come into contact with your piss when you first start that urine stream. therefore, piss IS regarded steril... when its inside your bladder. its not however steril when you're peeing it out. the closest it'll be to clean is the midstream (middle of your pee).
i guess the bacteria in question that your piss will come to contact with would be staphylococcus aureus (sp?) which is normal flora... it aint gonna make you sick unless you came into contact with someone that has MRSA methycillin resistanst staph aureus... which from my understanding colonizes in your nostrils...
moral of the story: wash your hands... before and after.

Yes. Granted I know where my peeper has been but I dont know about the numerous guys before me who have swamp nuts, then take a piss and dont wash, then touch the door handle on the way out.
So I wash, and open the door w/ the paper towel in my hand. If I can't Kobe Bryant the towel into the proper garbage bin then it's going to end up on the ground.
That and alcohol based hand sanitizer FTW....Sorry, not big on germs.
