Wow! That's crazy stuff!
I'd assume that he'd be able to hold the dealership at least partly responsible, as the sales guy was acting as a representative of that dealer. Could be wrong though.

No matter how much $$$ he gets, I'm sure he'd give it all back to have this incident never have happened.

Huh??? The thread on the site was just created yesterday. Anyways, when was the last time it snowed in Virginia in June?

 

I have seen this with evey compact performance car out, subi, Honda,mitsu, now dodge. sad, too bad the dealer is responsible for the stupid ass sales person. that is bs imo, but that is the way it goes. I can not imagine loosing my dealership because of a dumb ass sales person overreving and running a new car like that. a severe ass whooping would occur and then I would have 2 lawsuits, on from me whooping the sales persosna ass, one from the poor customer.
