Ya, it was back in October, though.
Basically, I went to test drive an M3. The salesman takes me out in an M3 SMG II to this road he calls his "test track." So he's in the car, telling me blah blah blah he takes customers out here... The M3 can take this turn at 70mph... Blah blah blah. We get to talking about my S2000 and I tell him my S2000 can take it faster... Friendly piss match ensues and we decide to go back to pick up my car. We hop in, go down that road, and ZOOOOMMM I was flying. That turn he took at 70 I was taking at 87mph, etc. So after that little stunt, I'm on a "cool-down stretch" and am heel/toe-ing. I horribly misjudge my speed, put it into 2nd way too soon, and lock up the rear tires. It kicked the car sideways and I was full-lock trying to save it. Nope, didn't happen.
I slid into and through the grass ditch at about 70mph, clipped a concrete manhole that was sticking up 2ft outta the ground, jumped over it sideways then back onto the grass, then up the other side of the ditch, landing on the driveway.
I remember my passenger ducking and grabbing his head when he saw the manhole... I'm surprised we didn't flip. When the car finally came to a stop, the guy asked me... "Well, is it driveable?"
I put it in gear and let the clutch out... It just revved without moving. I tried it in reverse, then in second... Finally, I got out, saw my rear wheel that was laying on its side inside the wheel well (like the hover car in back to the future), and said, "No, I don't think it's driveable."
All in all, the rear wheel hit that manhole, shattering the brake rotor, destroying the wheel, half shaft, diff, all suspension linkages, and ripping out the inner wheel well. Also, most of the body panels were tweaked from contacting the grass.
Luckily, we both walked away without even a sore neck.
Honda.

Ouch Alex....you dumas!!! Well, did the salesman have respect for the S after it was done? Or did you have to clean the "chocolate" stains off your seats?
