Road courses cost a lot more than just $2 million. The racetrack we use in Texas World Speedway (2.9 mile 15-turn roadcourse incorporated within an old NASCAR superspeedway oval) is currently on sale for $10 million.

$2 million for a 40-acre island with a home is pretty cheap. I'd buy if I could.

They may cost more to buy, but building your own roadcoarse I couldn't see being over $10 Mil.

not bad. that's like a 3000 - 4000 sq. ft house in the bay area in a nice neighborhood.
