yeah, i'd definitely go for an island in the mediterranean. like this one that's connected to ibiza:

i guess it costs quite a bit more, though, haha. i'd pass on an island close to maine.

Several years ago i saw some islands for sale off the main island in Hawaii...they were like 7 acres for like 80k...well it's all good when the weather is nice but what if a thunderstorm or something comes along.the island will be underwater.
