Wow! Great job. I went thru the full program but skipped the diet plan. It seems I should've followed it by the looks of your result in one month. Keep it up. My toughest battle is losing the bottom part of my stomach. Almost there but still need to tighten it a little bit.

Looks good....and of course, NO HOMO.

actually, my start weight was 185, in the pic it was like 178, lol so I burned fat but built muscle. I am looking forward to the results of doing more cardio, this past week has been tough, but I still feel good and.

how hard is it to stick to the program? like if i go to s party hsve a bunch of beers and burgers does it have a huge affect?

Honestly, I had a burger and a beer or two since I started, not a big deal this past week I had a fried chicken sandwich at Hooters and a few beers and I kinda feel like shit and did look a bit softer. One hamburger every now and then isn't bad at all, but I make sure I stay away from sugar and fried food. The hardest thing for me is my stupid schedule, I get to the hotel at like 1030pm, only to have to be back at the airport at 6am, I tend to skip a day or two. I will still follow the schedule but take a day or two break. I will say the phase 2 workouts are really kicking my ass. I feel like I am weak as shit, but I guess thats the point, working a different are of the muscle etc.......
