Downtown living.
Just wondering if anybody is living in a nice downtown area. I just found the perfect loft in the gaslamp district of san diego but simply have never even contemplated living in a place like this. It will be closer to the office and closer to all the night life in san diego but I have a felling I am missing something. So any advice or things to look out for. This one is way off the street with a huge view just buildtm marble countertops the whole bit and it will be about what rent was at the last place, free underground locked parking. It loks to good to be true, so any web sites on what to expect living in the big or medium as san diego city.
By the way's it's down on market street for thoughs familiar with san diego.

A very good friend of mine lives in downtown LA. He walks to work and is within walking distance to Staples Center. He has problems with traffic when there is an event at Staples, but I'm not sure that would apply to you in San Diego. He also has problems going to the grocery store. There really isn't one very close to the downtown area. Other than that, he really enjoys living there.
Undertandable. This one will be far enough from the new stadium to be uneffected by traffic but close enough to walk there in a pinch, right next to the gaslamp. Now I just got to get my finance stuff in order.
