Default Drinking and Driving

So yesterday I get a phone call from a buddy telling me that our friend was in a wreck, and that he was really drunk when it happened. He is alive, with a broken femur and many stitches in his face, and just got out of surgery this morning. The wreck was so bad, he had to be pried out of the truck. Luckily, nobody else was involved, because if he had hit a smaller car, they probably would not have survived. All of us have completely changed how we see him now that this has happened.

This incident may have ruined his future. He is graduating in 3 weeks with a Criminal Justice degree, and a DUI can ruin any chance for employment in the field.

Anyway, on to the pictures.

That is one lucky idiot that though he survived may never get a job in his chosen field.

I do not have any sympathy for drunk drivers. None at all! They not only knowingly harm themselves, but OTHER PEOPLE.

Personally, I think they are evil people because they have no consideration for the safety of other people. Drunk? Then have someone else drive the car or take a taxi or do anything but drive a car. When they get behind the wheel while being drunk, they voluntarily "want" to harm other people. I don't care what'd happen to them, but only to other people, who could be your or my family.

I can fill in the blank for you.

"I, CKit, condone drunk driving because I'm an evil SOB who likes to harm other people."

2 years ago my friend greg was in a drunk driving accident that looked just like that truck too, except it was an older f250 but either way he broke his collar bone and arm, a couple ribs, broken nose, and one hell of a shiner, and a badly sprained right foot.

he got so lucky he didn't die. that incident helped me and my friends chill out on the D&D too. it sucks it takes something like that to chill you out

Good to hear that he didn't kill himself or someone else. On the employment front, I think Mall Security is hiring.
