Shoulders is a fun drinking game also. It would probably take me a page and a half to explain so i'll just leave it at that. 
Its hard to explain in text.
Kings is another fun drinking game, which I can explain pretty quickly. Basically, you take a deck of cards and spread the entire deck out face down on the table. You sit around the table and you take turns picking one card each. After the first person picks a card you have different rules for each specific card.
Rules:
Ace.... means "ace in your face" = you drink
2....... the person who picks it either takes two chugs or gives two away
3....... social... everyone drinks
4....... is for whores... all the chicks drink
5....... is for high.... everyone has to raise their hands and the last person to do it has to drink
6....... is for d*cks.... all the guys drink
7....... "waterfall" - everyone stands up and you keep drinking until the person to next to you stops drinking as you move around the table
8....... thumbs.... last person to put their thumb on the table has to drink
9....... "bust a rhyme" -He/she who draws says a sentence. The person to his/her LEFT must rhyme with the last word in the original sentence. This continues in clockwise order. Rhyming words may not be repeated. If you repeat a word or can't think of one, you drink.
10..... Category - He/she who draws thinks of a category, like "Simpsons Characters." Then, he/she says one, like "Homer." Then, the person to his/her LEFT must think of another one, like "Bart." This continues in clockwise order. If you repeat an item or can't think of one, you drink.
Jack..... I forgot
Queen.. "question" - you ask someone a question and then they have to turn to someone else and ask them a question, BUT they don't answer it, if they answer the question/ask you a question back/or can't think of another question then they drink
King..... He/she who draws the first, second and third king pours some of his/her drink into the "large cup" He/she who draws the fourth king must DRINK the contents of the "large cup." Drawing the fourth king marks the end of the game and that person that drank the cup filled with all types of beer/wine/vodka/etc will have a good time until they pass out.

Three Man is great dice game.
Take two dice, start rolling. If you get one of the numbers listed below, you keep rolling. If not, you pass the dice to the next person.
doubles with any number: You give each die to a different person. They roll, and they drink the difference (this could be the total, or each could drink what they roll, it varies). If the two people roll "doubles", then the original roller has to drink the total.
If one person rolls three doubles in a row, they get to make a rule like "thumb-master (last person to put thumb on table)", no saying certain words like "you" "drink drank or drunk", etc.
2: this would be "doubles", so read above
3: THREE MAN. If there is no current 3man, you are now. Pass the die. If there is a three man, he drinks (you keep rolling). If you are the 3man, and you roll a three, you are OUT OF IT (you pass the die). The next person to roll a 3 becomes 3-man. THIS IS TRUE FOR ROLLING A 2&1, or a 3&(any other number 1-6).
4: whores (all female drink); if this is a 2&2 see "doubles"; if a 3&1 see THREE MAN above
5: if this a 3&2 see THREE MAN; if 4&1 then pass dice
6: dicks (all males drink); if this is 3&3 see THREE MAN (2x) and "doubles"

Usually Jacks are used as Bathroom cards.
Nobody can go to the can unless they have a Jack. When you're playing a drinking game, you always have to pee. Which is when the bartering comes into play
