A bit late but WTF!

Higher or lower: Take a deck of cards face down and turn the first card over and show the person next to you. They have to guess if the next card you turn over is going to be higher or lower and get 5 right in a row. If you get it wrong you drink and start the count to 5 over. Once you get 5 in a row it gets passed on and you pass on 3 drinks along with it. The next contestant can avoid taking 3 drinks by getting 5 right in a row and in this case they get passed on so the next contestant has 6 in the bank. IIRC a matched card turns up everyone drinks.

1-15: get your group to sit in a circle or around a table and count around from 1 to 15. Whoever the 15 lands on gets to make a rule and they assign it to a number. If you forget to follow the rule you drink and the rules can be anything the crowd feels is reasonable. We played over christmas and some of the rules were

#13 person on the right removes pants person on left removes shirt.
#2 girls drink
#5 clucks like a chook.
etc.

I've never: Again sit around in a circle and take turns saying "I've never ......" and anyone who has done what they haven't has to drink. Its up to the crowd how much you drink and how much you reveal. For instance if they say "I've never murdered someone" chances are not many will drink but if any do you've learnt som "interesting" info about your friend
