If he's so unhappy being like that what's he done to change it? That didn't happen overnight. He's had years to change. And if he has been working hard at it how big was he before? That's scary.

An operation to help him shed the weight? Why is it that most of the people who have thos operations end up fat again? They don't/won't stop eating.

I totally understand being a little overweight. This's a completely different catagory.

Yeah, once you pass, oh sayyyyyyyy......900 pounds, sympathy kinda goes out the window.

thats just so sad to see...

Someone with a big beer-gut (like that hot shot back from high school that got all fat after college), thats funny, this person definitely has medical issues that have aided his obesity. I hope he does get the help he desperately needs.
