Why is it that dump trucks are allowed to drive down the highway and dump sand, dirt, gravel, and other damaging projectiles towards my car? Am I allowed to drive around and throw rocks at them?

Oh, I saw the flag, it just funny because my friend just moved down to Sherman, TX and he told me that the general attitude of people in Texas.

 

that's why you should never drive behind one and always leave plenty of space between you and him if it's a one lane road.

 

I know, but for that one moment before you realize the dump truck is dumping shit all over the road you get hit. Or on a major highway with 3+ lanes you get hit as you pass.
