Default earbud headphones

I need a pair of comfortable earbud style headphones. I just got the sweet new iPod shuffle, but the iPod earphones become very uncomfortable after 30 min or so. Something squishy would probably fit the bill. I don't want the wrap around kind, or anything to go over my head and mess up my $400 haircut (Edwards and I share a barber).

UE (Ultimate Ears) makes some very nice ear buds. So does Shure.

get a pair of custom ear buds, molded to your ear they have to be fitted in an office but there should be a store front in your area doing these. not that expensive.

i have these (sennheiser cx300):
http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-CX-300B-C...99325557&sr=8-1

they're very good. cuts out a lot of outside noise and sound great. however, they're only good for listening. if you run or anything similar, these wont be good. if you even just tap the cord you can hear it through the earbuds.

Picked up some Shure E2Cs for like $40 bucks on amazon about 4-5 months ago. Great except they block out everything which isn't so great as part of the reason I bought them was for cycling/jogging. I'll wear 'em jogging, but not for cycling I need to hear cars.

Just a heads up on canal phones in general. If you need to be able to hear whats going on around you don't get em. Sound quality blows every ear bud type headphone I've ever used.
