i'm intrigued. I'd love to hear from the people who win auctions like this. I wonder what the catch on this one is..

 

I'm confused... it says 200 total bills with a minimum denomination of $5. Then it says the value of this auction could be anywhere from $400-$20000. But if all the bills are the lowest $5 denomination, then $5x200=$1000 not $400. Right?
