Default Ebay Vehicle Purchase Protection

Hey guys,

have any of you's ever used this thing before? I'm a Canadian and I'm thinking of purchasing a car from the states and the seller said this would help ease both our minds seeing that Ebay would hold our money until both parties were satisfied.

Have a vauge idea of how it works, but seems a bit dodgey cuz the seller said that shipping would be included and that she'd take care of it.

Not too sure what to think and if I'll get screwed.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers!

Post the URL of the link they're using to point you to the service.

Usually, what sounds too good to be true IS too good to be true.

The best thing is to get a local member to check the vehicle out in person. Usually someone is close by or willing to drive over and look (especially if you send them a few bucks by PayPal to cover gas money or something)...

STAY FAR AWAY ITS A SCAM! THERE IS NO EBAY HOLD YOUR MONEY SERVICE. Do not post any details or ask any more questions. I promise you it is a scam and not a new one either.
