I love these polls. So let's see what level of education the S2000 owners have attained at this point in their lives.

no Associates Degree(2yr degree) or certificates.. there are MSCE's w/ 3months of training that make anywhere from 60 to 100k.

There weren't enough spaces to add any more options but I did include "some college" which would encompass a 2 year degree. Sorry. I also didn't start this poll to make an "elitist" statement that degrees equal a measure of intelligence because that is not reflective of my thinking. I know many brilliant people that have never set foot on a college campus and I know just as many people with advanced degrees that are dumb as metamorphic rubble.

It'd probably be good for a resume, and it'll impress some people you might interview with. But I've seen too many MCSEs interview for our area who didn't know didly about NT. I'm probably hurting my market value by not getting an MCSE, but honestly, I don't care.

I think it smore of the paper MCSE's that get to me. The boot camps that have classes specifically for those certs.

If you go through accelerated classes and do not know the difference why someone would need NTS over NTWS, then you need to hit the books. I'm sure Insominak knows more than that though. I'm not doubting the eager to learn, I'm just doubting the ones that take it the easy way through.

Insominak, if its what you want to go, go for it! I'm behind you. As for myself, I love solving problems, but it seems your creative outlet might have to be extinguished in other means or else you'll be struggling to find a way to channel it out. That's my advice.
