That looks familiar,my brother has an ostrich farm,is that where you got that ?Should be enough there for about 15 omelettes!!!

A guy on the job has an ostrich farm. Got it from him. I don't think it's your brother. I was told it is equivalent to 3 dozen chicken eggs. Having eaten all of it, my wife and I tend to agree.
