Hi my name is Alley, I am an addict.

I went to Twelve Oaks rehab center for a severe addiction to pain medication. I've been clean since august something or another. I'm not allowed to be in posession of any of my RX medication, and it has to be administered to me by another individual, then documented on how much I take and the time and date I took it.

Twelve Oaks in Navarre Florida. Might be Good- Or the Friary. Twelve Oaks is one of the BEST rehab's in the U.S. people travel from all over to go there. My insurance dropped me after a week stating, "Rx Addiction does not constitute as addiction"

 

Hazelden (spelling?) in center city Minnesota is also very well known and has had several celebs. Supposed to be top notch. They have locations in MN and Illinois and a couple other states.
