I am sure everyone has at least seen a shoe on the highway or road in their lifetime.

My curiosity is why is there always just ONE shoe?? where is the other one?
And why is there suddenly a shoe in the middle of a highway? Did someone decide to throw just one shoe out the window? I have seen all kind of shoes before. From runners to a men's leather dress shoe. Wassup with this???

Dont forget the deer, and the skunks and a bird or two!

 

Oh we have alot of road kills too. I once killed two birds as they flew right into my window as they were chasing each other around. It was brutal.

Once I saw a coyote run across the highway, cross my path and the trunk next to me hit it right on the hindleg and send it flying like a propeller off to the side of the road. Pretty nasty indeed.

 

ahah thats too funny, I too have seen only one shoe on the road, and wonder what the deal is..

There are however 2 shoes tied together, hanging over the powerlines, for the last 5 years..makes me smile everytime
