I am awaken at 5:30am b/c I have to take a leak What sucks is I dont have to get up until 6:15

Am I alone and does it get worse as you get older?

try peeing before bed and don't drink so much. eat some rice or something...then maybe you'll just have to getup early to take a sh!t

i wasn't suggesting that you also had improper bowel movements, but that the rice would absorb the liquid and turn it to poo instead of remaining water and being pee. isn't that what rice is good for?

...of course besides all the other stuff like sushi, rice balls, stir fry, sake, etc. etc.

The most important thing is DO NOT TURN ON ANY LIGHTS when you get up to 'go'... Lighting will tell your body to start doing all of the things it does to wake you up, and make it harder to go back to sleep. If you use a small red nighlight to navigate, it'll make it easier to fall asleep again. Also, don't look at the clock - it just gives you more to think about...
