The most important thing is DO NOT TURN ON ANY LIGHTS when you get up to 'go'... Lighting will tell your body to start doing all of the things it does to wake you up, and make it harder to go back to sleep. If you use a small red nighlight to navigate, it'll make it easier to fall asleep again. Also, don't look at the clock - it just gives you more to think about...




What sucks is I dont have to get up until 6:15
