Having said that, I wish death upon someone who takes life from another.
Actually, penalties don't deter criminals very well.. longer and mandatory sentences only cause crime to go down because there are less criminals on the street.. they do not seem to deter new people from committing crime, or repeat offenders. The longer someone is in jail/prison, the more likely they are to commit another crime once released.

This doesn't apply to all crimes though.. studies show that longer and or mandatory prison sentences do deter some petty crimes like selling weed

That's messed up. Condolences.

I wonder why all EVO's though? Wouldn't it be just as easy to pick any other semi-expensive car from a classified ad and jack them?
