I know what you mean. . .

Yesterday, while cruising the GS Parkway north, I saw a guy driving a yellow 355 spyder (top down) toward 287/87. . .

A few minutes later, I saw a guy driving a yellow Viper RT/10. . .

I need more $$

I *knew* you were gonna say that. Do I hear a voice from Miami whispering on the wind? Seriously, though, I find that New Yorkers have quite good taste in expensive cars. You're less likely too see obnoxious orange Diablos than blue 456GTA's (saw one of those Sunday). It sounds like "da valley" is tasteful as well. I guess I just get a kick out of other people enjoying their cars.

Some that I forgot -- a matching pair of Bentleys. A red lotus esprit.

It beats bird watching.

saw something even crazier last week :
Drove to Munich for a meeting with people at BMW (in the famous BMW buiding), and spent the evening in the center of the city to have a few "Brau". Parked my very dirty s2000 in a street, then looked around, and realized there was at least 5 million dollars in cars in that short strech of street (300meters long):
- more than 20 Porsches, from 1974 911s to 2001 turbo's. (no boxters there)
- 2 aston martin DB7s
- too many BMWs to count (M3, M5, M coup?s, etc...)
- I didn't even look at Mercedes'
- an Audi RS4, a few s3's
- an Excalibur (!!)
- a red 360 modena
- a metallic blue 360 modena spider
- a few other ferraris (355's and more)
- Bentleys
- sorry I stopped counting and went to eat schnitzels after a while

BTW driving on these Autobahns is sweet... good drivers and no speed limits...

I saw a Z8 yesterday. I waved, but I don't think he saw me or else I'm sure he would have waved back.

I saw on the other day too. Must be the reason my eyes hurt.
