Sounds like you need a new doctor and a new prescription. What kind of doctor makes his patients wait months for an appointment?
Canadian?

I always get a twitch in my right eye for a few weeks coming up to and during finals. After finals are over the twitch stops. For me its all stress related.

My 2 cents:
1)Take a multivitamin (with special to regards to calcium and magnesium)
2)Organize your sleep schedule as much as possible (Limiting caffeine/alcohol/reading/internet etc before bed)
3)Continue exercising
4)Find a healthy emotional outlet
5)Consult your physician if you feel there is really a problem
Your eye twitching aside, there are too many variables for any one person, medical professional or not to safely diagnose in a post over the internet. In the absence of a physical exam, lab work, and most importantly an honest and accurate medical history no worthwhile conclusions can be drawn, therefore anything I, or anyone else tells you is severely limited in its worth.

Yea, but I just wanted to see if anyone else had this twitch and what they did to fix it before I jump to conclusions and get an appt with the doctor. I have plenty of vitamins in the house. I usually take Omega-3, multivitamin, liquid aminos, etc.

After living in this city for 3 years I have yet to find a doctor locally that is accepting patients. I have no General Physician still.

My girlfriend has had the same doctor for several years and still has to wait 2-4 weeks for an appointment.

I used to get twitching in my eye too, just beneath the eye. More like a little spasm. Always when my eyes were fatigued from too much computer (at work or at home) and when I wasn't getting restful sleep

All we know is that you DO drink too much
A beer or glass of wine after work everyday is perfectly fine.

Although the OP did not mention how many drinks he is consuming when he said "4 times a week".
