I have a fear of needles too. The chick at the doctors office makes fun of me for insisting on the nasal flue mist instead of the shot.

I feel bad for these people and anything is possible in the human mind, but it's not hard not to giggle. Cotton balls? She's wearing a sweater, it's made of cotton!!!
