i saw two chp cars on piuma a few weeks ago. they just waved at me and motioned for me to slow down. I waved back and slowed down. If you are coming from las virgenes going up piuma they were waiting on the 3rd to 1st gear right turn after the look out spot. They were waiting on the big dirt patch.
