Uh, no! That's not a right way to do it. You don't just storm on a bus to scare minors, unless you want to be arrested. There are more proper ways to go about it. Storming a bus with minors inside would only result in police officers' boots being so far up your ass, you'll be tasting leather for months.

The way I see it, that man was lucky not being arrested and charged. There are proper ways to go about things, not to harass or threaten to beat up a bunch of minors (even the ones who behave badly); they are still minors and there are laws to protect them.

Steponme is right but those kids do deserve to have the piss kicked out of them. The dad didn't lay hands on any of them from what I saw in the video so I don't see any reason to arrest him for sticking up for his daughter.

I'm not agreeing with the actions taken (although, I'm not necessarily disagreeing). However, our society seems to be turning more and more into one with so much red tape that the "right way" has little, if any, effect. In many cases, it's to the point where the problem people are protected more than the victims.

Then the cliches come out. "There are always going to be bullies, so you might as well learn to deal with them."

I'm on the dad's side.

^ This! And the reason above is why.

He was arrested.

2 charges.

"After the incident, Jones was arrested and charged with two misdemeanors - disorderly conduct and disturbing a school function. Jones defended his actions when he was released on bail."

I'm not in generally in favor of irate people getting on school buses with small children and threatening them, but you have to feel for dad.

Charges should be dropped due to his apology, in my opinion. Schools need to implement better policies to protect students from each other.

I was at a little mall playground once and some 6 year old started picking on my 4 year old for no reason with no provocation. I got right behind the 6 year old and just said loudly, "Hey!". Im sure the little shit peed his pants. He immediately said, "I'm sorry." His mom came over and apologized for her son.

I told one of my buddies about it and he said in my position he would have followed, Hey with Do you want to die?

I HATE bullies and crappy people. We had friends over this weekend and my sons best friend was over. He and the other boy were locking my other friend's girls out of the playhouse. I told my son that he dissapointed me and asked him how he'd feel if someone did the same to him.

The next day when he saw the little girl at school he hugged her.

Uh, anyone with half a brain would do what I'd do: instead of storming onto a bus to scare MINORS (all minors, not just the perpetrators), I'd go straight to the school principal and give him/her a piece of my mind, along with a threat of a lawsuit against the school district if disciplinary actions will not not take place (along the line of detention/suspension and a meeting with the perps' parents). Trust me, once a lawsuit has been threatened, even God himself would solve the problem more quickly than a blink of an eye. Once a minor student is on a school bus or property, that student is the responsibility of the school and its district. If harassment has taken place, it is the school's responsibility to stop and further prevent it, or else it'd have a lawsuit so far up its ass, it'll taste the gavel for years.

The last thing I'd do is angrily storm onto a bus full of minors and lose temper, lest being arrested, just as that man was arrested (and will be fined in court). As much as I sympathize for his daughter, losing his temper and scaring all the minors on a bus were not the right route to go; and he was correctly apprehended. I doubt the court will penalize him much except a fine. The parents of the kids (not the bullies) who were also on that bus must not have liked his action. I know I wouldn't like it if some lunatic stormed onto a bus with my child on it, regardless of his reason. That is why there are laws against that very action. Got it? Good!
