Those little green and brown army men. I had them setup everywhere! I also dug the Ninja Turtles... chicks did too! I used the 'pizza thrower' on them quite often!

Well, I tried to use my pizza thrower on them...

The earliest I can remember was my Bionic man doll...hehe, Lee Majors..."we can rebuild him, we can make him better...stronger...faster". The clear dude that if you push on his stomach you could see the blood flow through his veins, and his lungs move. Stretch Armstrong and the green dude. Operation. I had a Colecovision later on...it rocked!!! Zaxxon rules!!!! I had every car on the planet, with the Stompers they rocked!!! I also had these cars that you smash together and they fly into bits and then you put em' back together and do it again...great fun!

Andrew

PS am I old or what?

I loved Legos and Lincoln Logs. Guess that might explain why I grew up to be an engineer.

I used to play with Gundam toys a lot. I used to have this one about 15 years ago but got left at my old house when we moved.

I later found it it's worth A LOT of money now. I saw it for about $500 3-4 years ago, probably now in the thousands. I'm so pissed.

This was a long time ago, but I had this gun that looked like a bazooka. It shot a blast of air. It was totally cool. I wish I could find another one.

I aslo had a 12 ga. shotgun, go cart, motorcycle and the usual kids stuff.

Transformers and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles...

Wanna know why I feel old? My little brother and the kids I babysat I had Transformers, and my stepson had the Ninja Turtles. Man oh man... either you guys were a little old to be playing with that stuff, or I'm just OLD.

Even in my mention of legos, I was talking about the early years before specialized kit pieces were available like they are now. All my creations were from the basic 2x4 bricks and such. No rounded edges or Lego people. I DID have the luxury of tires, and a window pane or two.

Does anyone remember the 1/32 scale slot car kits you could buy, complete with motor. These were raced at huge neighborhood arcades where you could race all day long for a couple of bucks; great fun. I had a 427 Cobra.
