Default Fido Finder Update

Some of you may have read my original post in October of 04 about my idea FidoFinder.com. The site has since launched and has been running strong for the past 3 months. Things are going better than I had predicted, in the short time period. Most recently we've had a few celebrities list their lost dogs, with one of them posting a $5,000 reward.

Even Seinfeld, the bassist for the heavy metal band Biohazard, and his wife Tera Patrick, an actress, have lost their dog and have turned to the services of Fido Finder for help. We just received the lost dog listing on Tuesday and are hoping that we can return Evan and Tera's dog, what a story that would be. We've had another actress, who's information I found on the IMDB, submit a lost dog recently but I had not heard of her nor had I heard of any of the movies she had been in.

It's been good to see how people "get it." I've never once gotten an email saying, "I don't get what your web site does and how it works." Sure, some people have trouble uploading images or understanding how to do upgrades, but the basics of the site seem to make sense to people and they immediately see the benefit of what we offer.

Just an update on an idea that many people here were interested in when I mentioned it a while back. Just thought I'd provide an update for those who had forgotten about it.
