Fisher Pocket Digital CameraCorder ?

Do any of you guys know anything about this "CameraCorder"? I'm looking to buy a digital camera and or videocamera and this looked really tempting.
The only problems I have about buying one are that I hardly ever hear anything about the Fisher company and that it's only sold at SEARS. It seems like if I were to have any problems with it parts maybe hard to get or I'd have to deal with SEARS.
Does anyone here have one or have any other suggestions?
