I have a design project for school and there is a retention basin that can get flooded. My group needs to decide what to use this basin as. Some ideas are a park, soccer field, and man-lake. Do any of you have any ideas of what we could turn this basin that CAN BE FLOODED each year without too high of a repair costs?

If you can get a little creative with concrete would be a great skate board / roller blade park

 

golf range

 

dirt bike course
build little huts on stilts for BBQ pads
rally course
build concrete trenches to drain water away from the land and use it as a park.
build man-made hills and recesses in the earth and make hiking trails
dog park
