Frat Boys sue over "Borat" appearance
They said they were "coerced." The operant questions here are:
1. What (geographic) state were they in when this thing started?
2. What state of drunkeness were they in when they consented to filming?
3. What jury is going to believe that a bunch of frat guys unknowingly drank alcohol and acted like jackasses on camera?
4. What kind of jury is going to believe their sob-stories about how this cameo has caused them suffering?
If this actually goes to court, it should be good. Unfortunately, they'll settle out of court. The only reason this suit exisists is that this movie has made a boatload of money per screen.
