I'm sure the lawsuit has to deal with the contract they sign to release thier images. Most contracts the person must be of sound mind and not under the influence of any mind altering substances. I'm fairly sure the production crew isn't in total clean hands on this issue. They probably said all the whatever things before the boys got drunk and all the legal stuff after. Tsk on both sides.
