Well, since the title probably got your attention, first let me say.. sorry for misleading you.

My wife is working at a Vet clinic right now, making 11,000/yr after taxes, and she hates it. She loves the animals, but hates the fact that she makes so little. High School graduate, but, she doesn't like to work with people on a daily basis.

She's been having trouble deciding what she wants to do with her life. She tried taking some nursing classes but she didnt like the medical field. She does know that she loves animals. I suggested being a Vet, but she doesnt like the medical field, so that didnt go over to well.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what she could goto school for, that has as little as possible in the sense of human interaction (I know thats dang near impossible, but if anyone has any ideas.. sweet).

She's to the point where she was thinkin about getting a Business Degree, but she doesnt like that idea, because she doesn't like math or business related stuff.

Anything biology, medical, or math related is out of the question.. haha.. so picky, lol.

Pharmacy Technician....especially for Walgreens.

My wife makes double what yours is making, there is some EASY math involved, and great benefits. She absolutely loves it, and I bet she will be doing it until we both retire.

There is interaction with people, but it realistically is not that much.

Alright, guess I should of said no answers from people who are either 16 years of age or have the mentality of one.

Thanks for the legitimate idea. I mentioned it to her, and there is a Pharmacy Tech school here in Mesa, AZ.. so she might consider it. Appreciate it man.

No problem at all.

If it tells you anything at all...Walgreens is getting ready to open its 5,000th store in Richmond, Virgina. By 2010, there will be 7,000 stores. We open a new store every 17 hours.

Not that there isn't other companies that need Techs, but Walgreens has it all. I tell people that I do not have a job, I have a career...because I will work for Walgreens until I am ready to not work anymore and just play golf.

How about doing data entry or something like that? Sit in a cubicle (or at home) and type all day? Boring but little-to-no human interaction.
