essentially all people were doing was stealing gas... these stations have cameras and catch everyones license plate.. if the owner suspects foul play and calls the police everyone will be found and questioned.. like said before, its the same as pumping and driving away... the fact that you didnt break it means nothing if you chose to reap the fruits of the malfunction...
